Printing to the library's printer is currently free of charge for currently enrolled students and active faculty or staff members. The library's printer will only print letter size (8.5 in x11 in) and can print double sided.
Printing free of charge does not extend to visitors of the library, including alumni, parents, students from local colleges and schools or local residents. See The Citadel ITS policy page here. Please only print academic related materials to help us reduce waste.
Users will fully comply with all provisions of Copyright Law (Title 17 of the U.S. Code).
The Daniel Library maintains an imagePROGRAF iPF8400S printer which students may use to print poster-sized documents for academic purposes. Please note that the library does not proof these posters, and the user is responsible for any and all spelling, grammatical, and graphical mistakes.
To submit your poster for print, please click the request button above or e-mail email@example.com. Please attach your document as a PDF, and specify any related information such as number of copies. You must submit your poster as the size you wish it to be printed out as. We are unable resize posters for you. The file size must be smaller than 5mb.
You will be contacted when your poster is available for pick up.
We have two computers designated for visitor use located in the library on the first and second floors. These computers do not have the ability to print; they are intended for light research and Internet browsing. Visitors may access the entire library collection, including government documents, books, and electronic databases & journals, from these two workstations. There is no time limit on these workstations unless the librarian determines that there is a wait, at which time a visitor may be limited to 15 minutes.
There are 76 computers available in the library for student, faculty and staff use.
