Q: What if I need something you don't have?

A: Don't worry! We can usually get it for you through interlibrary loan (ILL) or PASCAL (Partnership Among South Carolina Academic Libraries). If we can't find it there, we may be able to order it for the library and let you know when it comes in. To obtain materials through these two programs, please see the descriptions below, or head over to the Interlibrary Loan page for more information.

To Create or Access your Tipasa account  logon here to request items and check the status of requests:

Your Citadel email address (username@nation.citadel.edu) and password are your login for Tipasa. 

These are the same as the user name and password used for accessing Microsoft 365.

If you are having problems accessing your Tipasa account please contact the ILL staff .

 

What you can do with your Tipasa account?

  • Request items (journal articles, books, DVDs, CDs, dissertations, etc) that we do not own or have access to and are not available through PASCAL Delivers
  • Check on the status of your requests
  • Update or cancel requests
  • Resubmit canceled requests
