Create hanging indentation in Word-> Place your cursor at beginning of second line of text -> Right click mouse -> select Paragraph from pop up menu -> Under Indentation, use the Specialpull-down menu to selec tHanging -> use By menu to select 0.5". Your hanging indent will be created.
Create hanging indentation on Google Docs-> View ->Show Ruler, check -> Highlight second line of citation ->On ruler, drag Left Indent (light blue inverted triangle) over 5 spaces -> Then drag light blue rectangle back to the left margin. It will move and your indent will be created.
