Alumni who live in the Charleston area might consider joining the Friends of the Daniel Library. Membership benefits include the ability to check out print materials from the Daniel Library's circulating collections. Friends also have the opportunity to place two Interlibrary Loan requests per semester.

Daniel Library print and electronic resources may be used in-house by any library visitor. The library has a limited number of visitor computers available, but if you bring your own laptop or mobile device, free guest wifi is available on campus.
South Carolina residents are eligible for South Carolina State Library (SCSL) cards. SCSL provides access to online resources and databases, ebooks, and traditional print materials.
