Your thesis must explicitly identify WHO must do WHAT at what time (WHEN) in order to solve the problem. You may call upon up to three parties to take action to solve the problem, specifying what each must do and when. Alternatively, you may prefer to limit yourself to one party to take action, but to specify different actions that party must take at different times in order to resolve the situation.
- Your essay must include quotations from at least six (6) sources
- At least four (4) of your sources must be written.
- No more than two (2) sources can be interviews.
